RIVERS COUNCIL CHAIRMAN ENGAGES SERVICE OF RTD ARMY GENERAL TO HELP FIGHT OIL BUNKERING ACTIVITIES

In a determination to fight illegal crude oil refining to a stand still in his Local Government Area, the chairman of Emohua Local Government council, Dr CHIDI JULIUS LLOYD has appointed Retired Brigadier General NGOZI OKAH as his Security Adviser.

A statement from the council clearly stated that part of the duties of Retired Military Officer included among others, ridding Emohua Local Government Area of oil thieves and other criminal activities.

Dr LLOYD thanked the Retired Brigadier General for accepting to serve the local government.
