An eighteen (18) years EMMANUEL TULOE, who found $50,000 (N20,543,500) belonging to a businesswoman on the road and returned it, has now been handsomely rewarded by the Librarian President, GEORGE WEAH.

The story of his honesty went viral and caught the attention of the President, GEORGE WEAH, who has now rewarded Emmanuel TULOE handsomely.

The young adult, who is reported to have dropped out of school, is said to be making his living through commercial motorcycle riding.

He found $50,000 (N20,543,500) on the road and returned it to owner, a businesswoman, who also gave him some gifts.

Besides the $10,000 (N4,119,000) gift, President GEORGE WEAH also awarded EMMANUEL TULOE a scholarship up to Master’s Degree level to study in any Liberian institution of his choice; two motorcycles as well as a chance to work in the Presidential office.

Speaking in a meeting, the president also announced plans to bestow one of Liberia’s Highest Orders of Distinction on Emmanuel while affirming that the scholarship will continue whether he remains in office or not.
